Fisher F4 settings, help appreciated

I am getting to know the detector. Sometimes the unit goes a but wacky and beeps and flashes a bunch of numbers on the screen.

Only way that i can get it calmed down its to turn the machine off and on.

I am sure that i have a setting wrong. What should I be hunting under (setting)? All metal, all metal discriminating?

I am going to play with the ground balancing again tomorrow.

And thoughts from other Fisher users or anyone appreciated.

Thanks i have looked and not much on u tube. Will keep messing with it. I just need to figure out the difference between all metal and all metal discriminate. Also where to set the sensitivity and ground
