Hi Gary -

These have been out for a few months, but haven't been overly advertised.

If you want one, we can get it for you. :laughing7:

looks like a blue F-75,and a blue Omega...i wonder if they have the same guts.
Gary

They do look like F-75 and Omegas, with cheap headphones and accessories packaged in. Although, the hard case looks to be very nice!

And you get a hat with the Pro-Arc. I am jealous!

But I do like that hard case.

They are rebranded Fishers sold by Forestry Suppliers. The Pro-Arc (F75) has been out for over a year. When the F75 ltd 2 (enhanced) came out, the Pro-Arcs advertised it's upgraded version as well. The Pro-Tech is a rebranded F19. They come as a complete kit for industry use.

Do you mean simply that it is a separate Fisher product line distributed by companies, which include Forestry Suppliers?

They are provided by Fisher as a kit, including headphones, sampling survey equipment, case for storage, etc. Government contracts for equipment are usually sent for bids. Fisher provides an all-in-one package that's been made exclusive, including a name for that package.

The only difference is the look/name/package. Same detector as the F75/F19.

I believe if you look at and compare the specs(especially the operating frequency) you will find the Pro-Tech is actually a rebranded Teknetics G2 Edit:I looked myself and see the operating frequency is the same on the f19 but I still stand by the rebranded G2 due to the shaft/handle configuration
