flat wear ID 1600s/ 1700s/ 1800s??

How do you ID flat wear, forks spoons knives, i have found several different types from silver plated copper, to just copper, some with markings but not lettering & no markings at all,
these are all from central MD,

well you can search Online for a site that has identification of various silver flatware or get a used book on Amazon etc. like "Silverplated Flatware, An Identification and Value Guide". Sometimes it's easy and others all but impossible. Good luck!
