I hit my usual flea market on Sunday and did well on watches and smalls and all for $19 total. I noticed a new vendor there. She had a bunch of junk jewelry and this Hamilton Self Winder was the only watch. It was on a broken Speidel band and was not working and you could hear shaking on the inside. I got it home and opened it up and found that the entire self winding assembly had unscrewed and was floating in the back. One screw was lodged in the third wheel. Fortunately all the screws were in there and after a quick tear down, rebuild and a little work on the outside she’s a great runner. I love the chocolate dial. I just need to get a strap that fits.

FYI listed the FFA fob on eBay and had a $9.95 bid in 5 minutes. FFA stuff is very collectible.

Those Timex Marlin's are selling pretty well now.

Nice haul! Our flea market all the other venders buy the good stuff before it opens. What a joke even going.
