Thanks so much for 'this' ----and the article,too...do hope some of yall will watch the videos about the N Fla indians, their trade and use of shells and how they decorated their pottery.
Read an article some years ago about a guy down around Jacksonville. He had a operation with equiptment that would scoop up shell for roads and driveways. He over the years collected thousands or arrowheads out of his big dredge over the dry shell beds.
I have fished the St Johns Biked the pro course in Mayport and deep sea fished much around there I did not know to look for artifacts,lol.
