Sunset on the Indian River. Notice the hurricane ravaged docks.
Ixoras flower, a little beggar, my big albino catfish & his pond.
It's been in the 80's a lot, got over 90 2 days last week, finally got cool again.
 
Always like to look at your pics when the snow comes in up here!

I never understood how the docks came to be warped up like that until I spent time in panhandle working hurricane Michael recovery.
the waves coming in have a jacking effect on the posts and that effect pushes up with each wave. A gentleman I talked with on St. George Island had part of his dock destroyed and part was standing in great shape. He explained the posts were 25' where wrecked and a full 32' in length where it remained undamaged. a full 20' sunk into the sand.
incredible power in all that surf.
