POLK COUNTY FLORIDA SHERIFF GRADY JUDD

Some 'dirtbag' in Polk County Florida who got pulled over in a routine traffic stop ended up 'executing' the deputy who stopped him. The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed. A state wide manhunt ensued.

The low-life was found hiding in a wooded area with his gun. SWAT team officers fired and hit the guy 68 times.

Now here's the kicker:

Naturally, the media asked why they shot him 68 times. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, told the Orlando Sentinel: 'That's all the bullets we had.' (Talk about an all-time classic answer.)

Justice Served. Bullets are much cheaper than 40 years of meals, cable, and civil rights.

it ended the way it should have. for the sheriff

Well, if I was the Sheriff I would have answered this way. Lets do a simple math..Lets see...68 times. Well lets take it for consideration as 6 meaning carried by 6 and 8 considered how many times the asswipe shot the deputy, hence,..... shot 68 times!

About time we got an EXCELLENT LAW DOG who takes matters in to account on saving tax payers money for room and boarding for criminals who need quick introductions to the after life!

"When in doubt, empty the magazine."

He could have said "We fired 67 warning shots and they were all in the same place to keep him safe. The only aimed shot was the one in his foot." siegfired schlagrule

Wonder if one can make a donation to that department

wasn't too long ago another florida sheriff's wife was followed home and executed
as she got out of her car by 2 dead beats her husband put away and they had just gotten
out of prison.

I, too, am a Sheriff's Deputy and often worry about people following me home from work or noticing me at Wal-Mart or the grocery store.
I also think it's sweet justice when the murderer get's executed without the expense of a long, expensive, trial and then the high cost of housing for however many years (usually not enough) he gets.
I have had my brothers gunned down on the road, and that's not a great fealing. One in particular became engaged on Dec. 23 to a beautiful woman, then while working the next night (Christmas Eve) was executed at point blank range by a thug who had a grudge against police, not necessarily just this officer.
People still call us bad names as we drive past them, and kids (14-19) curse us and throw bottles at our cars. We put our lives on the line to protect them, and although they hate us, we will still take a bullet to provide their safety.

Being shot 68 times is actually retroactive birth control. Monty

Agreed, I think this criminal was a fine candidate for a post-birth abortion.
