Folks on here address me as "Rob"... that ain't right

I'm ROBIN... been that way over a half a hunnert years. Southern Folk usually address each other by their middle names, if they're familiar, at least here in Southern Georgia.

I see a post and it referes to "Rob", I don't know if it's addressed to me or someone else. Y'all call me Robin, please, and I'll know it's directed to me.

I appreciate you guys and girls on this forum. Y'all have a good weekend.

Appreciate it, Miss Tee... and you don't have to "Captain" me. I just put that user name there way back when I was piloting a shrimpboat. Got a number of friends with small children and they weren't sure how to address me... Mister, Uncle, etc... Since I have a very deep voice, I'm bearded, and have a dangly earring, they all think I'm a pirate. So they call me CaptainRobin. It's actually very dear to me to hear their little piping voices addressing me so. Grandchildren call me GranPa. To everyone one else, excepting in business where one is always addressed as Mister lastname, I'm just plain ole Robin. Never did like being called Rob. And if someone addresses me by my first name, it usually doesn't register, and I know they don't know me.

It's getting light out enough to get busy. Might go into the bees today, check them out. Y'all have a good 'un.
