Ford auto part

Found this baby about 5 inches underground. Not sure what part it is or anything, or even how old it is, but it definitely says ford on it. What do you guys think?

If there is a part number on it, it will give you and age. Ford starts every part number with a letter. So if its a 68 part it would start with C as in C8. 78 would be D8 and 88 would E8 and so on.... Hope that helps.

You'll never believe this but this afternoon we were at our Ford dealership getting the oil changed in our car and I was on my phone on my Treasurenet application. We had waited an hour or mor and then I waited on my mister another 20 minutes in the car for some paperwork on an extended warranty and I was ready to get out of there! I'll bet you could send your pics to a Ford dealership anywhere and they could help you.
