Here's what I got after scanning the forest in a new spot for a few hours

best find today - 1910 wheatie

-couple buttons, 2 of which look older

-need help IDing the pewter figurine, looks like a native american warrior. the bottom might say "Dike" but it's hardly legible. know it's worth?

-4 cents clad (coin spill)

and what appears to be an old belt buckle, could someone confirm that please.

Thanks for viewing, have a great day, HH:tongue11:

Congrats TreasureHead, on the great loot. If you can post some detailed photos of the possible Native American figure, I can try to help you with a positive identification. Thanks, Happy Hunting, Sub 8-)

I was also wondering about these other two figures. Any help is much appreciated.

Wow, really hard to come up with a good answer... I see Hexagram stars and the 7 pertaining to the planets in one article, and Lakota keeper of the 6 pointed star in another, with astronomy reference.. interesting,,,,I assume the figuring at one time had a tomahawk in the other hand.

Is it possible the warrior one is maybe a frontiersman and not indian of nature? Dike on the bottom, maybe Duke,,,I see references to Duke in pewter, but nothing difinitive.

Can't be "Duke", he was a cowboy! Nice finds. :icon_thumleft:
