Forgotten church cellar hole in the woods hunt

Found a forgotten church site in the park woods. Just a cellar hole in 1939 aerial.
Only found 2 wheats 1927 and 1918 and a handful of relics.
A pair of reins guides are my favorites. They were really deep and rang up like a silver quarter.
I need to take some pics of the cellar hole and adjacent gravestones in the woods covered with myrtle and now leaves, an absolutely peaceful place.
Also found this item, bullet? Much thicker brass than normal rifle shell I find.

Not sure if we have small arms ammo here. Could be some other kind of farm junk, has the same brass patina as typical 100 - 150
Yr old crotal bells and same thickness. Bottom 2/3 seems solid brass, but I was careful when cleaning as I initially thought it might be a live round missing the projectile
