I heard of a forgotten Indian civilization in my backyard in Perry county IN, of a supposed mound that had been ransacked along time ago and few know if it. So I took a walk 5 miles from my house and this is what I found. The mound that I found is roughly 25' high and looks like a volcano it is hollowed down in the top roughly 7' and sits a top of a cliff 400' above the Ohio River and by the river's edge is the corn grinding hole and I think living space. I just thought somebody might enjoy the pics of a forgotten place nestled in southern Perry county IN
