I found a deal too good to pass up in a Nokta CoRe and Nokta waterproof pinpointer. I have been following the Nokta/ Makro brands for last couple of years and decided that their customer service, build quality and performance are second to none so I am going to try it!

What does Turkey taste like? Chicken? :laughing7:

Waiting the result

Yes Fetch88 by the time i saw it you had it already ... Good price .

I was wanting a Nokta Relic but I believe the CoRe will do just fine for the type of hunting I want to do. I ordered a 5.5 x 10 solid bottom coil for woods and thick brush hunting in one of the ghost towns I like to hunt. Standby for test results.

Well apparently it's stuck in Jerwsey since yesterday. It hasn't been scanned in 30 hours and was supposed to be delivered here in south central GA today! The 5x10 coil did however show up from K-co

They probably don't speak Turkish in Jersey. :laughing7:

Alright she made it and all I can say after inspecting, assembling and testing the core is wow! The build quality is superb. The depth/ recovery speed is unreal. Will be testing it out really soon in a ghost town close by.

Fletch.....Glad to hear you like that Core. I think I am going to order a Relic on Monday since the new ATX coils don't seem to be real close to a release date.....Need a new toy! The Relic seems to be perfect for me, and Keith Southern seems to be impressed with it. He, Tom D. and Monty were all involved in the design and testing of the prototypes. Has to be great machine. Good luck with your Core!

I have only been able to play around in my yard with it but found a 1967 dime and a shotgun shell brass right by a tree that I know I've been over before. This thing is sparky and hits really hard on coin sized targets as well as small pieces of .22 lead I found. It is still so hot down here that I may wait a few weeks before doing much hunting but so far I am impressed with this machine.

Fors Relic on the way!!!

This core is awesome. It's much like a T2 or F-19 but much better audio. I like the 3 tone best so far. It lights up on brass and lead with a very sweet mid tone and has a good high tone on higher conductors. I found a several pieces of lead and a penny around my yard all at 8-10" deep with nails in the same hole.

Does it sound like, "Gobble-gobble?"

Loving my Fors core
