Fort Daniel's.
I always loved going to the beach. Before I had a metal detector in my hands spending hours detecting, I used to dig forts or giant holes. This year I build the greatest fort ever! I took me two days to dig 10ft deep.
Before I was digging the fort I was metal detecting and didn't find much at all. I quit when I had one day before my friends came down from West Virginia. I was excited to see them and told them to bring a shovel to help me dig. On their arrival I had the fort pretty well built and thought I was done. But Alex my friend, and his sister insisted that we dig further. I was up for it, so I began to started digging again, I got tired really quickly and handed the shovel over to Natalie and she began to dig. She started to hit water even knowing we were atleast 200ft away from the ocean.
So we hit water, what were we going to do? Keep digging of coarse. We kept hitting shell lines and were digging up AMAZING sea shells! I mean profection! Stuff that you see in stores for 20$. It was amazing! So we had about 5in of water when we decided to take a lunch break. After the lunch break we were ready to start on the... well I'll let you see what it was we did. Lets just say we got it connected to another fort about 2ft away. Here are some pictures. I'll ad more photos, sorry.
