Foster, Paul & co?

I found this in a city park. The logos are backwards, so I'm guessing it's a stamp. The outside oval on each says "Manufactured by Foster, Paul & Co." I can't make out what is inside each logo, but they are different. It's made of copper. Any ideas?

Cool find Foster Paul & Co. was a glove manufacturer. Those stamps look like these from an ad in The Houston Daily Post Oct 4, 1896. The center of yours are I think "Fowler" & "Fosterina" - those were styles of gloves.

prob from the newspaper co. maybe the co. was close to the land, that is now a park
