Before determining its value, its ID needs to established. I'm familiar with the obverse image of this emperor's coinage, but I have never seen your object's reverse image nor a 'coin' of this size (the size of a cigarette package; about 4 inches in diameter). More likely, IMO, it's a souvenir or a commemorative.

I've check t attachment,it's t same size.
 

If your item is actually as large as a cigarette pack, then I can only believe it's an amulet; not a coin. The typical (cash) coin would only be about 26/27 mm.

You may wish to look up Chinese Poem Coins or Chinese Charm Coins.
The ones I've seen range from 42-46 mm in diameter (an IKE dollar is 38mm in diameter) and the reverse of those are quite different from the reverse of 'cash' coins.

I'm pretty sure that is a Chinese Feng Shui coin. The reverse side is a dragon and I'm not sure what else.
