Hello all,
This is my first post so i hope i did it correctly.
Im tragically new to coin hunting but im hooked. Hooked enough to recognize when someone handed me a 2005 P Kansas quarter and i flip it over to see if it has the "In God We rust" error and it did! So exciting. So now what do i do? How do i keep it from wearing even more? I dont know where to start. Any help would be angelic and appreciated.

If im in the wrong forum... My apologies.

Thank you. It was exciting.

Hi
I know some of the errors are missing the G and the T but mine is missing the GO and T. What does that mean?

It looks like it has been removed. The ghosts are still there but there is an element of roughness. My bet is it's a Dremel Tool alteration.

Looks good. As for preserving it, go to a coin shop and get some 2x2's. Staple it in there. If there is no coin shop handy, some large bookstores like Books-A-Million or Barnes and Noble keep small packages of them with their coin books.

nice greaser. list on Ebay, worth about $5+
coin shops are paying about 10X face for silver______20X face for clad wins this match :icon_thumleft:

Hmm.. Hadn't thought of that. Thanx for the mention. Should be fun for me to find an answer to that.
