Found a cool crystal at an old quarry but have no idea what it is

Hi everyone
I'm very new to this and whilst looking round an abandoned quarry near my home in Derbyshire, England, I found this. I would like to seperate the crystal from the rock but I have no idea how, any advice would be amazing
