Finally had some blue sky and got out in my boat. Found a couple decent ones at a spot I found a few months ago:

Nice finds , hopefully I can get out this weekend and see what all this rain uncovered. What type do you think the 1st point is ? Maybe Susquehanna broad spear

Nice call arrow, I think you are correct. I have a few from another site and the material is similar - not the usual quartz or quartzite. It looks to be slate. Hope you are able to get out. Today was just gorgeous and I was so glad to be on the water.

Nice finds Shorewalker, and I really enjoy the insitu's.
I concur with the Susquehanna Broad Spear type, and it looks like the material is rhyolite. HH

Those are beauties. Congrats

Great in-situ and ground pics. Sure were washed out clean for you.

Couple if nice looking finds. That looks like a great spot to hunt. I'm hoping the river drops so I can can get on the rock bars.

Shorewalker? I just swam through 100 post so I could see your finds! Nice finds sir!

That would be "madam" - imagine a 60yr old cruising the potomac in a 12' aluminum boat with an 8hp motor. That would be me .
