Found a few things this weekend

I didn't get as much time in the creek as I had hoped this weekend but had to put the hoop frames on the raised beds and work in the garden plot to get it ready to over Winter. I didn't find much, just a couple of shards, a crystal, the base of a drill (I think) and a mystery object that I think may be a scraper. Hope everyone else had good hunts this weekend and thanks for the look.

Looks like you are in for a good bit of rain tonight. From the picture the quartz piece doesn't look like anything to me. The other is hard to see but I think I can make out some flaking around the edge on it. Hope the rain washes up something nice in your creek. Good hunting-

Right on the quartz, it's just a "rock" but put it in the thread anyway since it was a crystal.

Nice finds. Deer season here too. I actually detained three Iranians for the game warden Sunday who poached a deer from the highway right in front of me. All carrying Iranian passports and using an old dragunov variant rifle. Very weird deal!! Homeland Security is now involved because apparently they can't legally possess firearms because of their status. Only one could speak English, the other two only spoke Farsi.
