Had a typhoon come close to the island the other day and I headed out for the last three days. Went to the beach that is a short walk from my apartment and did some hunting and came up with a small gold ring and some change, but the storm did not do too much to take out the sand build up. As many of you know a small storm can actually make things worse and push in more sand.
The next day went to a other beach that is not too much of a drive and have done pretty well over the years, but have been hit hard by other Americans here.
Was picking up a few coins, but not much and the waterline sand was pretty deep. Batteries were starting to show weakness on my CZ-21, but was going to give it a little more time near the lifeguard stand. Right at the previous nights high water make I get a signal that seemed to be deep.
Dug a couple of times and had to go one more and then I had it out and there she was, the lady of gold. Another Elizabeth II Gold Sovereign 1982.
What were the chances of finding two in a years time, but the best treasure was my first grandchild being born a couple of days before and was the main reason to be out to find something and can give her later and say that this treasure was found at the same time you were born. Just hope I make it that long...

*also found a PT900 the next day that is the upper right ring. It had a dark blue stone that I need to look up.
