Hi all,
Went out with my Deus yesterday and hit a trashy spot.:tongue3:
After sorting through all the nails, tin and chunks of rust, this is what I came up with.
The Chinese cash coins are CH'IEN-LUNG, AD 1736-1795
The chain is most likely silver plated brass, but I'll have it checked. (went through a fire)
A large brass rivet. The head is the size of a quarter.
A cold cream jar and a glass button.
Ok so now the gun part.
Not sure what type it may have come from.
Obviously a single shot rifle or shotgun.
looks like it maybe a double pin rim fire.
The action measures from tip to tip 6 1/2"

Hopefully someone can recognize the action and will be able to give me a possible make and model.
Thanks for any help...

HH

Yep. Looks like the hammer and trigger of a Flobert rifle. These were a Belgian made rifle - commonly .22LR to .32 rimfire. 1885 to 1910ish.

Googled the Flobert rifle parts and I think you have something there.
Don't think I will find anything closer.
Thanks Charlie
Yep I think this one is solved.
