On May 27th, I found an 1880 IH in Farmland, Indiana where the street and sidewalks are all torn out. However, the construction crew was ahead of me and the work was pretty much graveled over. I went again on June 3rd and covered the remaining couple blocks that I could get to, where the grass had been pulled up between the street and walk. Much of this was piled dirt - originally sitting who knows where.
On this visit, I got $1.66 - mostly clad. Found 1911 and 1945 wheat cents, the 1907 IH, a '58-D dime, and the 1918-S dime. The 1918 was laying on top of the soil face down! - my easiest find all day.
