I make it a point to check out the reject slots on any Coinstar machines I come across, and today is the first time I found something in one of them that wasn't a Canadian coin.
A Zambian ngwee isn't worth very much, from what I've gathered (less than $1 USD), but I'd love to know how an African coin found its way to a little podunk Pennsylvania town. So nothing of tremendous value, but I just thought it was a neat little find, and I can now say I have something more exotic in my coin collection than a Canadian quarter.
Always raid Coinstar machines! You never know what goodies people leave behind in the reject bin.
