Found around old railroad station?

The railroad station was built before the civil war. I know that the Union troops marched through on there way to Parkersburg. Found square nails lots of iron and alot of aluminum cans the size of Vienna sausage cans. But anyway what is this lead tag to? Dated 10-6-42 Type EM-5, It's some type of tag to an electrical item has amp hrs. Plus this metal thing that looks like a brass knuckle.

Don't know about your 1942 lead, but the other item is a broken up brass knuckle.
