Found bottle of garnier liqueur need more info

I bought this bottle from an estate sale without knowing what or how much it is worth. I tried looking online to see what it is worth and found one selling for over $12000. I dont want to get my hopes up because I cannot find the date that it is from on it. Can someone help me?

Ugh Chartreuse.... I don't know how people drink that stuff. It's really popular down here though for some reason. It's pretty neat though and I know a couple bars that would love to have an old bottle like that just for display.



I see there's a tax stamp on the label as well as the band over the cork. If you research those you might be able to pin down a year on it.
