I do not have anything flashy to show, but I do want to share this golden moment.
I recently sent in a md unit to Tesoro for a tune up, waited a week or two on word. Got just a mite antsy. Then out of the blue several days ago received a call, in the evening,and had a conversation with one of the technicians-who was off of company time- who took the time to discuss the issues with me.
I have to say I don't believe I have ever experienced such a personal, and acutely interested response to a product in my life. I felt privileged, talking to the source of my favorite hobby-like meeting a rock star.
My hat is off to you.
