Found in a yard of a home built in the 1920s. The pieces were found separately but I believe they go together. It is stamped brass or copper and very thin, the latch leads me to believe this was a decorative buckle or adornment of some kind. Some of the interior art work is missing, broken as I tried to clean it. Couldn't tell if it was just a design or a depiction of some variety. Open to any feedback on both pieces. Thanks for peeking at my mysteries.

Sash buckle.,,, err I think... perhaps a cloak clasp.

And not positive... and not sure that the two pieces are married.

Looks Art Nouveau.

The middle section almost looks as though it held a stone.
