🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Found In A Field

This was found doubled over. At first I thought either a plow did that or it was crimped by the person tossing it away. When I cleaned it up, one surface (hook side) appears to be more ornate than the other. I have no idea what this is…..

I think maybe it was designed to be folded unto itself?
