Found in back yard, Illinois

It is the size of a quarter with a small hole like a medallian. On one side it says, THE EMBLEM OF MERIT.....COAT OF THE STARS. That is written around the edges and in the center is a pennant type flag with ALBERT RICHARD written inside of that. The flip side has DESIGNED AND TAILORED BY ALBERT RICHARD written in the center and surrounded by a ring of stars.
