Found in different locations. spear? scraper or knife.

Both of these artifacts were found in different places about 5 miles a part. I would like to know the proper names for them and any guesses on the periods would help please. I know The Cherokee came thru here on the Trail of Tears. But the mounds here are mostly worn down so badly, that 30 years ago my BIL plowed up a burial ground. It was excavated by a local university.I would appreciate any information you can give me on these.
