Mine is flat like a sword tip, dagger or knife blade would be. Here's what I found like it. And when I looked a hitch pin up I found nothing resembling what I have. The same for servey stakes nothing close. But when I google lens it this is what I get.I agree! Good call!

We call them smoothing harrows, but similar. We have a “new” version (likely 75+) years old. Replaced the wood with steel. The teeth are bolted in. One of the tells on the teeth on a harrow is it being flat on one side, or sharpened to a 45 deg angle from dragging in the soil. They all (at least on ours) started life square, almost like a RR spike without the head.I'm going with spike tooth harrow.
