✅ SOLVED Any idea what this might be?

[Mud Hut]

I found in on the patio of a local coffee shop. From tip-to-tip it measures 12.5 inches, and .25 inches wide. Tightly woven, but it isn't silver, brass, copper or aluminum. Both ends are the same.
