Swung across these aluminum bands, they were about 50' apart. Each is nearly identical and the way the holes are spaced out, appears to be adjustable until you clamp it in place. Each has both small and large stamped letters and numbers.

#1. Small letters MO US APP Large letters 5A93187
#2. Small letters MO US APP 51 Large letters 4A96238

I thought they were bird leg bands but they might be too big in diameter. My clunky internet search didn't bring any results. Any help is appreciated but it will likely be a lay up for you sleuths :)

They look bigger to me. Like turkey leg size. I’m guessing bird bands for sure.
