The other day while walking my dog I found an old overgrown road in the woods. today I went back to detect it. There was an area that had a bridge over a stream. The bridge is long gone and nothing remains of it so I thought this might be a good place to start. Without searching the water all I found was a shotgun shell and a pistol cartridge. I walked downstream searching the gravel bars with no luck. I looked down and saw a triangle shaped stone. It was my first arrowhead! I was very excited! I walked a different area back to the car and stumbled upon some parts of an airplane that crashed a few years ago.
