So I'm at my typical spot, early 1900s hunting csmpground and uncovered my 1st half dollar. Oh wait. A 1944 s austrailian florin. .925 silver.. What's the odds!!!!! The obverse is grinded off maybe for a charm but the reverse is bad arse!!! Enjoy pls. I did!!!

Also but no pics I few 1940s Wheaties and a 1957 Rosie which just got lost in some compartment in my car and I'm losing my gord!!!

Hi You have there a silver coin art of WW2 Made by one of the one million U.S serviceman that spent time in Australia during WW 2 . The pic below was taken at the Ewen Park US base in 1942 Bendigo Victoria

I'm in southern louisiana. There was a lot of ww2 training close to the lake that I live by. Lake ponchatrain

Must have hit this location over 5 times. DL standing liberty, 1948 quarter, 57 Rosie , 1 buffalo nickle and over a hand full of Wheaties and lastly the charm which is not silver, and my 1944s Florin!! Bam. Going back today as I couldn't comb that general area because the rain chased me off!!
