First... (THIS PART SOLVED) Some sort of large washer that is curved across the face, flat on the back and has an off center square hole. Found embedded in the bank of an old civil war era road that runs through a Union Camp. It was about 8 inches deep. I have no idea!

Second... This item is pipe like except one end has a knob or key like appendage. It looks like it may have fit into a key slot type hole possibly. It has obviously not been cleaned yet. Found along the road as well about 6 inches down.

First item looks like it might be off a disc harrow. The picture shows a harrow, the pointer shows where I think your find came from.

Hmm, I guess it could be but it would be very worn down. I have founs complete disc before and they are not flat on the back or as thick. But you may very well be onto something.
Thanks Bosnmate

I think what BosnMate is talking about is the center portion of the disc or the hub. disk-harrow-garden-12781837.jpg

First piece is a bolster washer. Could have come from a plow, but probably from a heavy wooden structure, wagon, water tower, bridge, etc.

I'm not talking about the disc blade, the hub is what I'm referring to. Off either a harrow or plow. I've done a little discing in my time, and your find looks just like the hub that was on my disc harrow. The power company also has washers that look like yours, but they are galvanized.
