Looks like just outside of Odessa in southern Ukraine? So it probably is petrified wood, as a quick google search shows that it occurs in that region.

It's not petrified wood. It's a pile of dried mud, obviously dumped at the end of that road. Just south of there, 1/3 mile, near what appears to be a police firing range, there are many piles of red stuff. As seen on Google Earth.

The phone itself is showing "Oдecca", which is Odessa in the Ukraine... and I would have thought it was petrified wood too. It looks semi-opalized. I'd like to see some pictures of dried mud which look like that.

The browner bits look like goldstone (not what you think - it's glass mixed with copper) and the redder chunks look like re-melted red glass slag. Was there ever a glass or marble mfg company in the area?

Where did you find it? It looks very much like volcanic clinker (lava). You can find quite a bit of it down in Wyoming between Sheridan and the Devils Tower site.

You do realize that level of geographic coordinate precision requires highly specialized survey equipment to replicate in the field, right?
Usually 5 significant digits after the decimal will get you within a couple meters.
7 digits and you need to break out the micrometer.

Also, you'd then have to specify the geodetic datum used along with any corrections thereto.
And if obtained via a GPS satellite fix, a complete listing of the satellites in view comprising the measurement and the exact time the measurement was taken.

Or, you could also just say "about 25 km north of the Odessa International Airport in Ukraine".
