found in the water under the sand

this one is a bit interesting , found it at the beach in about a foot of water about 4 inches in the sand and it has my dad's initials! it is about 1/8" thick and pretty heavy for the size

it has no other markings, i dont beleive its silver or gold i think it is stainless, i think!

Looks like a link from a watch strap.

It is part of a key ring. Stainless with black enamel.
