Ive been looking every where found it in wood were thire no houses to be seen or people then I found this with other things so I'm sure thire is other things thire I can upload more pics as you can see it better thank you

No showing of the front with the lady, but I found this photo in a auction listing in 2015 - Lot of 5 different medals - estimate 20-30 British pounds.
