Found Interesting Engraving At Goodwill Help With Signature

Hi to all my thrifter's and collectors. Found this engraving at the local goodwill. It is pretty cool. I am however trying to figure out the signature. I am no good at reading cursive well, so I am hoping someone on this board can hopefully make it out. I found the scene is from Paris and near the Palais Garnier. But hoping anyone can help. Much appreciated and thank you in advance!

Isn't that the Paris Opera House. I suspect it says something like the Opera.
