This is what I mean by my last post. This is what happens here>>
I first thought my SE was sick, All day I was having problems with my explorer, changing settings , programs. When I finally had enough and started heading home I saw what the problem was , it was just picking up the brass eyelets on my BDU pants cuffs. So then the next day I returned to the area I was at the day, when I saw an old house with the yard that I won't be scared to ask about to hunt. Well I knocked on the door, no answer, the house was for sale so I called the agent to see about getting permission to hunt it, my first mistake. She told me the house was going under contact has we talked, but she saw no problem with me hunting the front yard, and told me if anybody ask to tell them she gave me permission. So me and a friend of my got out and started hunting, after about 15 minutes the neighbor on the south side of the house came over to see what we were doing, and who gave us permission to hunt. He told me he was watching the house for the owner and would give her a call and make sure she was OK with it, I offered to just leave and he told me not to just keep hunting we were doing a good job not hurting anything an he would let us know if there would be a problem. He told me if she said no he would return in 5 minutes to tell us. So I went to the car got a drink of water and waited for him for about 10 to 15 minutes, he didn't return so we started hunting again, my second mistake. Well after about 30 minutes I heard a women's voice screaming at me, I looked around to see this woman coming from across the street from the north side of the house. She came right up to me with a loud voice the kind that gets attention from the whole neighborhood. She was going on about us digging up the yard and removing artifacts from it. She then wanted to know where I gotten permission to hunt it I went through the whole spill from the Realtor, to the man next door calling the owner. She then told me a family member had a contact on the house, And I was breaking the law removing artifacts from the house. I showed her what I found, and there was no artifacts in there just a few pieces of clad. She calls the agent and tells her we are digging the yard all up, and removing artifacts. I kept telling her I would leave, as she was getting louder and louder. My friend was stand there in a shock look on his face, I was really trying to be nice to this older woman. She then tells me the agent is heading over to see the damage we are doing. I told the women I was going to my car to put my stuff up. When I got over to the car with my truck opened has a shield I called the agent, I told her what all had happened from the first man to the old lady from across the street, she told me she wasn't coming over and this woman has been in a pain to her since she listed the house. I apologize to her if I caused her any problems and offered to wait if she wanted to come and she in no way had we hurt the yard or removed any from of a artifact, as this old lady kept saying. This old lady had ripped me up one side and down the other, I just knew she was going to call the law, and this is not the town you want to deal with the man. I mean to tell you guys this yard was in bad shape, I had to pick up clover that was a foot high and move the runners over cut a plug out get the target out the replace the plug, then lay the clover back over the plug in most of the yard. We didn't cover a 1/3 of the front yard. As I was driving off I could still hear this woman screaming out. I guess my I should have replaced the artifacts I took with me the 43 cents in clad and the broke glass I found laying on top on the ground and a couple pieces of junk metal that looked like flashing when the roof was replaced. I am going to go get the Realtor a gift card to a restaurant in town there. I know she deserves it for a deal like that, and me adding to it.
