Found milkette bottle

My father-in-law found this bottle on his job site today. I can only find one other on the Internet. Can anybody give us any information and its value thank you.

Just put soapy water inside partway up and some sand or rice (I use copper filings) and shake it! Clean. If that doesn't work try making or buying a bottle brush. Don't scrub the outside. Paint will come off.
