On advice I went back to the field to see if there were any more points to be found. Despite having less than a hour before I lost the light and the field being full of slate that looks like points, I found another actual point!





The material is translucent in the thinner areas and a smokey gray color. This one is a different style from the first I found and looks like it could be either incomplete or broken, but I poked through projectilepoints.net and Lithics-Net.com and I'm thinking maybe Steubenville Stemmed? It's known to be in this area; here are a few examples I found online:
