Found near school grounds-Identified by member Whisk Broom Top!

Says "Hungary" when I cleaned it off. The DETECTOR says silver.

I thought it was a school post top, but it's way too small.

Any info appreciated.

Looks like an axle cap from say, a tricycle.

Looks like an aluminum top to a whisk broom. There is a wire loop that goes between the holes in the sides.

WS4V got on the first shot! The tops of these whiskbrooms used to be steel...could be anything now.
