Found On A Set Of WW2 Dog Tags

So I purchased a bunch of items at an estate sale yesterday. Among them was a small box of ww2 momentos and such. On a chain with the guys dog tags was another dog tag that stated "Blackout" and Please return to Stars & Gripes" below that. Stars & Gripes was a variety act that performed for GI's overseas during the war. That much I know. I cannot however find any reference to dog tags in relation to Stars & Gripes. Any thoughts as to what this is?

Blackout was obviously a heavy partier.

Yeah, thanks I'll need it. If I post something on here it is only because I have already spent several hours myself searching. That is when I turn to you all for a little help. Here are a few more photos of things in the box...
