I posted back in August in the fossil forum and didn’t get anywhere but “[emoji173]️” ( much appreciated)
Is this just a rock that looks cool? Pictures are both wet and dry. The dry is more gray in color. The rock is hollow.

Looks like it could have been a pipe at one time.....at least a piece of one.

That was my thoughts as well. It was found on Crystal Beach, Texas. The Gulf of Mexico.

Its unusual looking :) A fossil, perhaps part of an old worm lodging that got ossified. A concretion of some sort maybe, that ended up hollowing out. I'd say something lived in it at one point and what you have is whats left of the house.
