Found on an old Farm. I figure its something Horse related. It is magnetic and I believe Iron. I think I know what it is but I can't think of the name. Anyone care to make me the weakest link and name this item haha!

looks like generic iron ring

Yeah I find SO MANY of these when I'm hunting old foundation sites. I usually throw them away. Still not really sure what they were used for....

But it's a good indication that there are goodies nearby!

There are several sizes of iron rings on harness and saddles among other things, so I suspect your find is probably harness related, but not necessarily a done deal.

It is a little bit large to be a part of a halter but you never know. It could be a ring from just about anything.

"Horse part?"

I don't recall any part of a horse that looks like that.

The only horse part that it resembles is the back end under the fly swatter.LOL

I to find these around old farms. My guess is a fall off from an old grass seeder.
