Found this pin in a bunch of junk jewelry. No markings at all. It is made of two pieces of metal held together with four tiny clamps. It measures the size of a US quarter, 1" in diameter. There are no rubs or scratches that reveal any underlying metal. The pinback clasp had the pin tucking under. It has an unusual additional 'ion' that pulls out to release and inserts to lock. The lock pin has a minisule 'wing' that secures it. The entire piece appears finely made. Is it Russian? Anyone have ideas? (Sorry pictures uploaded upside down.)
