Wow I found it at ocean beach in new London..nice work my friend.. probably a bracelet she wore at beach at some point long time agin..There was a Lucretia Manos born in Connecticut c. 1934. She’s listed in the 1940 census as 'white’ and the daughter of Christos and Theotisty Manos, resident at 90 Broad Street, New London, Connecticut.
It could be a nameplate from a piece of luggage or something like that.
